88. It's Getting Harder to Defend Malik Willis | Nothing to Hyde

The Miami Dolphins are 0-5, and for the first time this season, Dave Hyde and Kim Bokamper are seriously questioning whether Malik Willis is the answer at quarterback.

After another frustrating loss, this time to the Cincinnati Bengals, the optimism surrounding Willis is beginning to fade. With two interceptions, missed opportunities, and another disastrous special teams performance, the Dolphins head into their bye week with more questions than answers.

On this episode of Nothing to Hyde, award-winning columnist Dave Hyde and former Miami Dolphins linebacker Kim Bokamper break down what went wrong against Cincinnati and what it means for the future of the franchise.

On this episode:

Malik Willis: Has Miami seen enough to question whether he's its long-term quarterback?

Special Teams Disaster: Another huge kickoff return exposes a problem that just won't go away.

The Quarterback Dilemma: Should the Dolphins be looking at quarterbacks in the next NFL Draft?

The Jeremiah Smith Debate: Is a superstar receiver worth a top draft pick when the quarterback position remains unsettled?

Former Dolphins Struggling: Mike McDaniel, Tua Tagovailoa, Jaylen Waddle, and others are having their own problems elsewhere in the NFL.

A Silver Lining? Why Bo believes Jeff Hafley and the coaching staff deserve credit for keeping this team fighting despite its 0-5 record.

Is Malik Willis still worth building around? Or should the Dolphins already be preparing to find their next franchise quarterback?

Dave and Bo aren't ready to write the final chapter on Willis, but their patience is being tested.

Let us know in the comments: Do you still believe Malik Willis can be the Dolphins' quarterback of the future?
